Why compiling tesseract 5.0 on Amazon Linux? My goal is to make tesseract 5.0 package for lambda, because lambda run based on Amazon Linux. Window, Linux(debian, ubuntu) and Mac based compile method could be found on the internet relatively.

1. Amazon Linux Docker

• Install Docker to run Amazon Linux OS
• If your os is already Amazon Linux or CentOS then this step is not necessary
