MAST Stitching Studio Beta
Several cameras become one seamless panorama, live on your NVIDIA GPU. Calibrate automatically or with AI, crop, then broadcast over RTSP, WebRTC and HLS or record to a file — from one desktop app.
MAST (Multi-camera Advanced Stitching Technology) · Windows 10/11 and Ubuntu 24.04 · current release 0.6.67. The download needs a MAST Stitching Studio licence.
The app walks you through five steps, shown on the left of its window. Each chapter below is one of them.

- Sign in at marearts.com and open the download page.
- Choose the installer for your system. Each account can download five times a day.
- Install it:

After the first install you never download by hand again. The app tells you when a new version is out and installs it for you — see Settings & updates.
Sign in
Your e-mail and your signature
The first time the app opens, it asks for two things:
- Email — the address of your marearts.com account.
- Licence key or signature — the Digital signature shown under MAST Stitching Studio on My licences (beta testers: on the download page). It is not a password.
A licence runs on one PC at a time. You can move it to another PC up to three times in 30 days: sign in on the new PC and the old one stops. Settings → Account shows who is signed in and until when.
Project
Everything lives inside the project
Type a name under New project and press Create, or open a card from Your Library. A project keeps its sources, calibrations, crop and settings together, and saves itself as you work.
The Library is a folder, Documents/MAST_Studio by default. Each project is a sub-folder you can copy to another PC.

Add the cameras, left to right

Order matters for stitching: neighbours in the list should overlap. Use the arrows on each card, or Auto-resolve order to let the app work it out.
Calibrate
MAST finds where the cameras overlap
Press Run MAST calibration. It runs every checked detector — MAST's native ones (AKAZE, SIFT, ORB, TEBLID, ALIKED) and the AI matchers (DISK, XFeat) — and marks the best result with ★. Each result shows its quality, how many cameras it joined, and how long it took.
- Use this result makes it the one the stream uses.
- Save result keeps it in the project for later.
- Loupe magnifies the seams so you can judge them.
Manual point picking
When a scene gives the detectors little to hold on to, switch to manual. In Pairwise mode you click at least four matching points on each pair of neighbouring cameras, then compute. Canvas mode places the cameras on one canvas.
Calibrations are stored encrypted under your licence. A project copied to someone else's PC opens there, but its calibration does not; they calibrate again under their own licence.
Adjust
Crop and size the output
Drag the rectangle to crop and its handles to resize; hold Shift to keep the aspect. Auto-crop trims the black edges for you (Auto, 16:9, 4:3 or 1:1). Choose the output width — 5K, 4K, UHD, QHD, FHD, HD — or keep the original. Changes go live immediately.
For video files, choose what happens at the end: Loop, or Freeze on last frame. Live sources are not affected.
Broadcast & record

- Use GPU (CUDA) keeps the panorama in GPU memory. H.264 is encoded on the GPU (NVENC) when the output fits its 4096-pixel limit.
- Live preview mirrors the output in the app window; the stream itself is unaffected.
- Audio can come from the sources you choose.
While broadcasting, Sources, Calibrate and Adjust are locked (🔒). You can look, but not change them — stop the broadcast first. Updates also wait until you are off air.

When a new version is out, an update chip appears at the top of the window. Click it, then Update now: the app downloads the signed release, checks it, installs it and restarts. Nothing installs without your click, and never while you are on air. Updates do not count against the daily download limit.
Turn on Get beta updates to receive early builds as well; off, you get stable releases only.
