How to install

  1. Download the file for your system above.
  2. Install it:
    • Windows — run the .msi (if a SmartScreen notice appears, click “More info → Run anyway”).
    • macOS — open the .dmg and drag MareArts ANPR SDK Server to Applications.
    • Linux — double-click the .deb and press Install.
  3. Open MASS (MareArts ANPR SDK Server). In the sign-in window, enter your e-mail and your MAEV3 licence key from your My License page; it is checked on this computer, no internet needed. Add your signature too if you want updates from inside MASS. The models download once (about 600 MB), then plate reading starts.
  4. No internet on that computer? Copy the whole .marearts/anpr folder in your home folder (models and their certificates) from a computer that already has them.
  5. Closing the window keeps MASS running. To stop it, click the MASS chip in the corner of the window and choose Quit MASS.
  6. Later versions arrive inside the app: the chip says Update available, and one click installs it.
