How do I read Finnish plates in Python?
Finnish plates are read with the MareArts ANPR Python package by setting the OCR region to fi. Finland is in the Europe group.

Which Python SDK reads European plates?
MareArts ANPR reads European plates in Python, including Finland, on a GPU or a CPU, as part of one licence that also covers the REST server, the mobile app, and Road Objects.

Does recognition run on the device or in the cloud?
Plate detection and OCR run on the licensed machine. The cloud paths are extras: Vehicle Intelligence (make, model, colour) and a shared test Scan API, not the plate reader itself.

What is in a MareArts ANPR licence?
One subscription is the Python SDK, the REST server, the iOS and Android apps, ANPR Desktop, and Road Objects. The paid plans differ by Cloud API quota, not by which apps you get.
